The first three titles are excerpts from documentary motion picture scores: for Robert Flaherty's "Louisiana story" (1948), and for Pare Lorentz's "The Plow that broke the plains", made for the Resettlement Administration in 1936, & for "The River", made for the Farm Services Administration in 1937. Filling station is a ballet score from the 1930s.

The Louisiana story, stated on container as "recorded 1956", is from Columbia 10" lp ML 2087, p1950, and is probably taken from the original motion picture soundtrack of 1948.
