Infamous for the suspected murder of Mozart, composer Antonio Salieri is rarely recognized for his significant contribution to the musical life of the Imperial capital of Vienna. His two concerti and symphony, 'La Veneziana', bear witness to Salieri's gift for opera. While there is no evidence supporting his responsibility in Mozart's death, there is surely evidence enough to prove Salieri's great talent is worthy of much recognition.
